VSS places particular emphasis on providing reliable, safe, quality security services to all of its clients. Our objective is to deliver a service provision which conforms to the contract specification agreed with you and in accordance with the regulations of applicable authorities.
Our Total Quality Management System meets the requirements of:

ACS
As an ACS fully certified and qualified approved company, the client has the confidence that a full quality system is in place to meet all standards and Visual Security Services UK Ltd are approved by all major UK Insurance Companies also incorporating the MOD and Local Government Contracts due to ACS Certification.
The Security Industry Authority Act 2001 requires the SIA to establish a "system of inspection for providers of security services, under which those organisations who satisfactorily meet the agreed standards may be registered as approved, and may advertise themselves as such".
The objective of the SIA's Approved Contractor scheme is to raise performance standards and to assist the private security industry in developing new opportunities. The scheme voluntary and was developed with representatives from across the industry; it only covers those parts of the industry that are regulated by the SIA and the Private Security Industry Act.
