VSS have a flat management structure. If we are invited to present to you – we do not hire and send out a specialist presentation team. Our contract management staff is responsible for this task and are therefore accountable and contactable from the moment you first meet them and throughout the contract.
VSS have Key Point Indicators (KPI’s) that are fed back to our Managing Director so that our service is being monitored constantly by ourselves and you the customer to measure the level of service you are receiving. Our Managing Director, Mark McCarron, is directly responsible for meeting regularly with clients to discuss our performance and to ascertain your changing needs.
Problems do happen from time to time - the important thing is how we deal with them. Our Site Supervisors are selected and trained to be pro-active and to manage these wherever possible at source. You can be confident that these problems become solutions and feed into the improvement process.
